When this album came out at that time on Stones Throw it gave me mixed feelings on the one hand, the huge joy of new music
by Dilla secondly knowledge of his serious illness from which he died a few days later.
"Donuts" provides the last creative period of the great Jay Dee, 31 instrumentals that remain all under 2 minutes until Workinonit.
