The Dell came here slightly oversized packed and contained, unlike the others, all the necessary accessories, such as a DP - miniDP cable.
Built it is processed quickly and cleanly. The image can be expected as in the resolution very sharp and have done the calibration of Dell, so you at least just have to select the appropriate profile in OS X.
The illumination is very uniform even in dark images and the colors are natural, and depending on the setting also very strong.
When adjusting the height jammed anything and it all works as it should. The monitor can be in height and tilt adjustments and even Rotatable up to a certain point.
The settings are self-explanatory, but is a guide here. It can also be on the menu between Mac / PC switch (gamma setting) and the DP version Select.
IPS Glow etc. I do not see so far also.
If one adjusts the monitor next to a Macbook Retina Display, the MB image looks sharper minimal, but this is logical, as the density of pixels on the large monitor compared to 13 "screen of course is lower. This is not because the display itself, but to the USB 3 ports on the back of the monitor, the crash apparently occasionally (2x in the week now) - Say it is detected on USB devices, until the screen briefly from the power nothing takes.
Thanks to a price reduction in the market-place vendors, he is of the three Sampled monitors also the cheapest. But even if he had not been so, he proposes, in my opinion, the tested competitors by far.
Except for the two small USB failures, I find the monitor great.
