`Now You See It, Now You don`t`

1983 was the star of a young guitar hero named Jake E. Lee. After the sad and dramatic death of Randy Rhodes, Ozzy could actually again conjure up a very, very strong guitar out of the hat. Jake was before by the way very briefly at Dio. In addition to Jake and Ozzy were again Bob Daisley (Bass Guitar), Tommy Aldridge (drums) and Don Airey (keyboards) at the start. For the production recorded Max Norman, Ozzy and Bob Daisley. Aldridge was replaced shortly after the recordings of Carmine Appice.

"Bark At The Moon" is a very strong album. The style of the two predecessor was substantially maintained. "Bark ..." has failed perhaps something more commercial. But here is every song a hit. Starting with the theme song, `You`re so on different`,` Now you see it` to `Centre of eternity`, just classic. Only `So tired` I do not like. I can usually not do much with the ballads of the Madman. The album as a whole is very varied. Besides Jake convinces fully Don Airey (Deep Purple today).

With "Bark ..." Ozzy has managed the 3rd hit in succession. Although "Blizzard" and "Diary" are even better and `So tired` is a failure. But overall, it's enough to (scarce) 5 stars.
