The big hit - Tyereskova - the previous album still in the ears, Republic publish a short time later, almost as usual, with - Fényes Utakon - a new album that is just very good. A dark lighthouse that actually maimed only the interior with light, accompanied this time the Hungarian folk rock group even as a '- worst band of Hungary' referred, and this 'boosted' motto as is always more than justice, because nine of the eleven Songs are absolutely gorgeous. Besides ingenious wit, as with the titles '- Hogy volt az Kubában' - (How was that in Cuba?) - And - Veled fororganising - (With you everything) - 'see themselves - Fényes Utakon - even blues-inspired songs like' - Tündérkert - '(The Fairy Garden), and it even rains for the band a great honor, because the title - Gyerke közelebb, menekülj el -' (On Come closer, go away) - 'is honored by Fonogram as Song of the Year.
Otherwise, there may be nothing new, or maybe much Old, because the music of Republic now sounds much more mature and relaxed than they were in the 'wild nineties', but most of all down to earth. Of course, may also be on the road of the light again the thoughtful side of the group not missing that this time on the titles of the listener - Aki az én barátom '- (Who is my friend) - A szív a Köre' (The Heart of Stone) - 'and the last two titles' - Ima a gyermekekért' - (The faith of the children because of) and Csak EN, süllyed el - (Only I'm bagged '.) -' gets more than enough on offer.
So the light from the lighthouse lit, at least for the music of Republic, not only inwards, but accompanied the band continued on their successful musical journey through a country whose people have a little light really desperately needed.
