Already the 3rd Cappuccino was "free hand". - Significance: I find that the aroma Nero looks very elegant, and the size is attractive, pleasantly small, slim, material combines good. By the filter holder Crema you actually get an espresso with crema, certainly not as extreme as in crazy expensive machines, but quite appealing and satisfying. The espresso is not bitter, it means that the brewing temperature is adjusted well. The knobs are nice to operate continuously and hence to dose. - Milk foam: I use UHT milk with 1.5% - wonderful results straight from the fridge and score.
