The reference to the eightfold path.

Not much to add to what has already been said. This is what I read more about the eightfold path (the first teaching of the Buddha). It is a guide, a manual written by a master who probably knows very well this way to have even practiced it.
I metterai by pointing against a zero to those publishers who were the bad habit of doing in paperback reprints, which in my opinion is not for every book.
Other than that, this book is gold to anyone in practice.
A counselor of the same Author "Mediter daily", which can also be what I read better on meditation.
