An action RPG with sophisticated combat mechanics

Might and Magic I was already longer a term, mainly because of the action role playing under deem same name but ran from the graphic forth games that came out at the same time not the water could reach, and the gameplay were not top notch.
Add to that all the Heroes of Might and Magic games, of which I have played a lot.
In the meantime, there was also a Legends of Might and Magic, a Counter Strike waste in fantasy garb, my God that was bad.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is it as good as Legends of Might and Magic was bad, and I was extremely surprised.
It's basically a game that will probably attributed to the action RPG genre.
However, it is not comparable with the Elder Scroll series Gothic or where you can move freely in a world more like Bioshock. So more like a shooter in which you can set priorities to specific skills of character like a role-playing game, which can be improved throughout the game, apart from the fact that is not shot here, but challenges depending on the inclination in the melee, with the help of magic can be tackled or various non-combat skills stressed.

The difficulty with this kind games, it is probably in particular to build a successful melee system that is intuitive and close to the rankommt as you would expect in reality.
As for the I have yet not experienced better than in this game, especially since you can not just stupid with the sword in the area rumhaut as with a club, but also has the opportunity to interact with the environment in order depending on the situation and their own abilities opponents to beat.

The graphics are stunning, awesome gameplay and the game story also appealing. I would have liked just want a nicer end video, but well, is only a small flaw.

There is also a multiplayer mode, but unfortunately is disappointing compared to the actual game. This has been produced by another development team and has not the same gameplay. Rather, it is a simple copy of Half Life Team Fortress, albeit a little successful as in Legends of Might and Magic.

To me, that is not an integral part of the game so I will not be in the evaluation incorporated.
