In October the frame of the case broke, like you can see in the picture. I thought That would be no problem and i wrote an email to the support email of Spigen ( [email protected] ). This was the 9th of October. I got the answer automatically did the support will need some more time to answer my mail. So I waited two weeks, but i still got no answer. So I wrote a new mail, got the automatic answer, but nobody cared about my problem.
After That I wrote a message to the Facebook site of Spigen (9:11:14). They finally answered the day after and wanted to know my order number. I gave them the number (10:11:14), but until know they did not answer.
This is the stand of the problem.
That was the last time I bought a product from Spigen ...
