The predecessor "The Man with the Suitcase" is Originated as a soundtrack to an imaginary '70s crime series. "Dr. Rhythm" goes in the same direction, just missing here, the cult-prone "Bullitt" (with Steve McQueen) bonds and the grooves are all relaxed. Those looking for toe-tapping in the Funk Lounge to casual beats should access. Fans of "The Streets of San Francisco" and "Starsky & Hutch" as well.
