Unfortunately, the mower has its ceased operations on 15 Sept for now. He is no longer the cable signal. Cable is OK.
The repair is not yet done, but it seems a bearing away to be. The seller refers to the Robomow Support. the first times only over a 0900 number is reached (0.45 / min, a cheek).
The reaction of the support via email leaves to be desired so far left.
Only the seller has quickly reagiert..er want but (Name is .. have Omen ". Parts Sent" probably first nothing to do with the problem.
Ultimately, was the self-replacement of a circuit board (get from Fa Poroschka) the mower revived.
Would I recommend the mower?
Until 2 weeks ago I would have said yes, now I say NO. Solely because of the very sluggish support.
I would no longer buy it to me why only 2 stars.
Update after winter break, 03/2015:
The mower does not go back, will not signal. The new Android app does not know my password. (IPhone geht..mit known password) Hotline are not. The whole mower is made really amateurish. When mowing times, it will mow neat, but the error rate coupled with really bad support is not easy. No one should buy this scrap. Therefore only 2 stars.
