Tools required (is unfortunately nowhere in the manual):
- 3, 6, 10, 12 mm wood drill (where the 10er and 12er least 110mm should be long)
- A good Torx bit set (with me TX15 and TX20er screws were there)
- 17er and 19er combination wrench (better a gun box with corresponding attachments)
- Cordless Screwdriver
- Possibly a jigsaw or a circular saw. Why I explain below!
Time:
I've only used about 4 days (incl. Concrete feet, waiting for curing and bring the game sand), for two (recommended because some parts are quite heavy), it should be to create in two days.
Additional Materials:
- 8 post carrier (I took 4 H-beams for the inner pole and 4-U carrier for the outer posts)
- 4 Eindrehanker (2 for stairs and 2 for the swing - I have for the swing set in concrete)
- 8-12 sacks landscaping Fix-concrete (depending on the size of the holes)
- 1-2qbm play sand (I used 2, since it makes little difference in price and so I still had enough sand for under the swings and the slide)
- Optional I would recommend all boards to grind beforehand and they should be deleted with a solvent-free glaze (one day extra expense).
Required expertise:
One should ever seen a cordless screwdriver and a combination wrench have held in the hand and know how to deal with it.
The drawings of the manual are partly in perspective misrepresented and the dimension is partly a bit unfortunate, but to use common sense.
Important Negatives:
1. Some parts (slide, swing hooks) were apparently exchanged for other versions than as it is described in the instructions, for this reason do not fit the descriptions. For the hook of 12 holes are required (not as described 10) and they (the hook) must not be countered by a second mother, as there will always bemangelt here. The nuts used is self-locking nuts (blue plastic ring inside), which need not be countered.
The slide can not be fixed at the position where it is described as the mounting holes are in another place, they would find no support (board underneath, hole, gegengekontert, ready)
2. As described above, the guide is partially Borderline (and I find the instructions from Ikea are very good)!
3. Board "R" is missing from the instructions completely, just wait, they remain in the end over, with me they have been supplied.
4. Definitely not for "just" assemble
Plus points:
1. There was even a climbing stone more than this in the instructions was
2. screws are absolutely plentiful
3. For this price, the quality of wood is better than expected (please compare times the price at the hardware store - because you quickly realize that it is really cheap)
4. - 1000. The children face when it's done !!!!!!
Incidentally, it is quite natural that the timber arrives moist.
The wood is cut to size and then impregnated in a tank, where the impränier agent is introduced with high pressure. Now it is packaged and delivered, it would be delivered dry, one would have to wait at least a week longer. Simply unpack at home and stand up somewhere where it is well ventilated, then wait a week and begin to build up.
The green color is actually a sign of impregnation.
Now even to the jigsaw. There are described on the Internet and even in the local hardware store, the post carriers are those in the instructions, the rim boards must (the sandbox boards) to be adjusted. Here me a few angles have helped.
