There are few downsides. The campaign is not overly long. I have as average player on normal (there are 3 levels of difficulty) used about 10 to 12 hours. I think the campaign nevertheless managed and the length is okay. There is also still the multiplayer mode.
As almost always in 3rd person games the camera perspective is not always optimal. I have but that is somehow significantly worse.
The game is completely linear. The player always has to actually just decide with what weapons he wants to go into battle. Not more. Just hack and shoot. If that is not enough, seeks to better another game.
I would four and a half star award, if it were up. The downsides I find not particularly bad, and they are probably more likely attributable to the type of game. It is a completely successful 3rd person shooter, so it gives me 5 stars.
