Exciter by Depeche Mode - A sophisticated masterpiece

When I heard the album Exciter (DM diehard fan) for the first time, I thought to myself: "What a disappointment". I had expected better, after all the long wait for a new album of my idols. But then, so listen to the 2nd, 3rd time, there were something to marvel. In the partly quite bulky pieces such as Shine or Freelove, put a very soft, melodic core. These songs have also become my absolute favorite and favorite songs. It is with this album as with wine - it has only a certain amount of time mature, ie you have to listen several times (preferably through headphones) to capture the beauty of all the songs. Dave Gahan has, I think, been sung so expressive on any album, like on Exciter. Exciter is probably the best album that Depeche Mode has ever published. We can only hope that we do not have to wait so long for the next album Depeche Mode fans.
