How about this novel without poiler you? How to convince you that he must read it without much tell you? How successfully do it justice? That's all the questions I asked myself at the time to open my Word page to start my column. Questions I always ask myself dailleurs (this is why the last two paragraphs, I speak to say nothing). But hey, I'm starting.
In And suddenly everything changes, Gilles Legardinier, Camille or rather should I say, brings us back to our years dinsouciances, our high school years. Camille for whom everything goes well, she effort is poised to spend his last year of high school in the same class as his whole group of friends. Here they are all together at last, ready to survive in the jungle quest high school, chewable to the fullest life, have fun again and again, together. Until that suddenly everything changes. Until that title to be meaningful. Until this quon aspen, quon hope and lon understand. Until this (almost) beautiful end. "Almost" because I do not speak of the end in itself, but to the end of a previous chapters how Gilles Legardinier realized what one feared. One way simply WOW! Beautiful, so beautiful, in a word, in a split second, he maura not from laughter to tears.
Gilles Legardinier happens to me living here, that i lived by reading Looking for Alaska and especially our star opposite John Green: laughing, squealing, giggling and crying at once. Jai laughed at all the nonsense and all the awesome crappy plans Camille and her friends. Really passages Mauront die laughing (and Mauront too, we must lavouer, but I recall some memories nen say more ^^). Jai squealed to the relationship between certain characters, relationships of love, of friendship that sound so right, which are so beautiful, quon can only smile and squeal!
Except that everything in life is not pink and it may prove to be a real bitch (I do not see how to say it politely, my apologies). And this is what happens in and suddenly everything changes. Life really is not doing their gift, make them endure an ordeal that no one should have to live but unfortunately we can not do anything. This is an event that will unite them and make them stronger than ever, they will recover slowly because as they say, life goes on
Gilles Legardinier my still amazed by his pen always full of sweetness and delicacy, yet crisp and crunchy. I'm still surprised at each end reading to tell me thin, it's true that the author is a man (the good old prejudices ^^). He perfectly painted here the feelings, questions, doubts of those teenagers that makes adult life too soon. Some passages are really dramatic, will make you cry for sure but still keeps the book throughout this little hint of malice smile nonetheless. We know that to have a broken heart risk lon lon but can not help but continue for all the small moments of happiness, of joy, of friendship and of love that crosses lon.
And what a beautiful end, full of hope and that comforts us, "repairs". It is only sad to leave Camille and company there way, we want to follow them a little longer, laugh with them, to smile, Daimer.
