Simply effective and relaxing! I was skeptical at first, but when you're getting into it, it is like a massage for the mind. Until you get a nice distance from all the everyday ballast, which is one on the shoulders and can then take a deep breath. I liked this simple relaxation trip helped. I actually sleep now even better! Skepticism has dissolved, I'm thrilled. I feel more comfortable and am relaxed in everyday life.
