When cutting you should use a soft surface such as wood or plastic, so that the blades remain sharp much longer. The meat knife cuts of meat like butter. But the fruits and vegetables you have to hardly apply force and get first-class results. Chopping onions is with these sharp knives no more spoiled, because when cutting emerges almost no onion juice and tears in his eyes finally belong to the past. Man saves these sharp knives also time. Keep out of every kitchen!
