Hotline is hard to achieve. You have to try on countless occasions - for the "overload" promised callbacks not done. New equipment has been replaced due to incorrect routing after 6 months. Still possess a Snooper Ventura S 7000, which is great. Unfortunately there was for this Wohnmobilnavi which easily 2500 km planned, no software for Morocco. Had bought us only because of Morocco Map this Garmin. Unfortunately, in February 2013 newly purchased Garmin Morocco Map of Morocco did not work! Finally, with a 4 year old Morocco Map of TomTom (Go 920) traveled (which has still not working and TomTom creates the planning more than 2,500 km of track) .Both at Snooper and at TomTom have contact to reach at any time! We regret to have bought this expensive device from Garmin with the poor customer service!
