Conclusion First of all: It's still too are recognizable clearly MIAB and as such even if quite at the instrumentation (to my pleasure!) Has crept here and there something new such as (subtle) electric guitars inserts eg in trance-influenced song " No hope ".
It really is again EVERYTHING MIAB accounts on the album included the melody geschwängerten, catchy & beneath the skin typical electro pop number "Unforgiving World" about the typical distorted vocals to the slightly beat-lastigeren pieces (the on Revelations were rather scarce).
MIAB have been mE always produces only albums that are more atmospheric broadly and only contained a few pieces that are super catchy and catchy manner. That's the same thing here. The album is to be understood as a Gesamtkunstwerk and not as a collection of (potential) hits.

For me that is a very big fan of the band since the beginning and it (if you want to classify them there) holds one of the greatest players in the "Future Pop" section, provides the album (especially after the previous "Revelations") no big surprise or even disappointment is.

The boys have again delivered a homogeneous strong album which is certainly not the wheel reinventing but that is for me personally in order because my taste in music is so wide that I do not need too large change of style within a single volume set to the specific expectations. But I guess that's a balancing act in which one can only fall as an artist since the number of those who get upset that they always sound the same is likely to be the same of those who approve of just that.

Anspieltips:

- The quiet, gets under the skin "Unforgiving World" which is reminiscent of old classics of the band
- The Trancy, interesting by the discreet electric guitars use "No Hope"
- "Bad Dreams" which with extatischem, class chorus (especially at the end !!!) comes up (the making MIAB way, for me one of the top players in this genre are the strong vocals, Stefan Poiss is for me the number .1 in the genre!)
- The first in the narrative style of the opener held then in the second half actually (especially vocally) reminds me of one of my all-time favorite bands Faith No More (returning this year with a new album !!)
- Face it: Van Halen (Jump) meets MIAB - interesting;) (but not necessarily be called Highlight)
- In which to electro pop and disco trance mix varied "Pedro". If there were the shallow vocal part from ca minute three not, you would not get the idea if it were MIAB
- That also largely in narrative-style, but the opener while still top end "shakeup" which leads on to actually completing the album

There are no failures, only a few pieces such as "timelessness" really after "is already 100 times as well as other removable 08/15 electro-pop bands' sound which does not make them bad, but in which one or the other will lead to justified criticism ,
All in all, more peaceful, atmospheric album sounds very sophisticated and can be heard in a wonderful through.
