Much worse, however, is that the lower recess for the USB / charging cable upwards is not big enough, so that the USB plug is reinzufrimmeln with difficulty and he slips back out themselves or is pushed out through the rubber. This can happen already times the cable loading loses contact and one morgends with NEM empty battery stands.
Addendum of 18:06. Today I have, although I had no complains, a new shell found in my mailbox, which was sent to me for free. In this all holes are accurately and the USB connector now fits perfectly to the device. The pressure point for the volume rocker and the on / off switches have been revised and can be operated without any problems now. That's what I call customer service very good. Therefore, there is now also full 5 stars from me.
