I am very happy with this purchase. The strainer is finely crafted, not at all the kind of product that you find in supermarkets, where single mesh will be much wider. The handle is very large relative to the screen, with an elastomer insert, the handling is excellent. But be careful sieve size, 15cm is not very large.
