A small chronology of infinite horror story:
13:09 .: Appointment of TELME C135 at Amazon about the company Happy phone.
13:10 .: returning because malfunction of the key lock
Phone after repair again arrived with me (after about 3 weeks !!!!). Unfortunately occurs exactly the same malfunction after a few hours in operation again!
15:11 .: I sent back again with yet another opportunity for the distributor and the manufacturer.
6:12 .: After repeated requests for HAPPY HANDY the Phone is still (for the 2nd time) the manufacturer for repair and no prospect of a satisfactory solution !! So far, 43 days passed (by post, repair) and NO EXCHANGE MOBILE was being considered by the company Happy mobile phone - but it will be checked, repaired, post sent, checked again ...!
27.12 .: Still no phone with me arrived !! After 11 weeks !! (From initial return) and repeated contact with the company HAPPY HANDY no prospect of a satisfactory solution !! The company EMPORIA (TELME) in Linz has informed me by mail that the repair may be carried out in Germany, - as I know now, this is also the case or the problem!
The Repair Partner and Happy phone are therefore solely responsible for this disaster !!!!
8.1 .: C135 Finally arrived (after 12 weeks)! After intervention in Emporia / Linz (Central) I was informed that this whole scandal by the company Happy cell phone or their service partner was caused! A brief description of my hopeless situation was sufficient completely and it was immediately (!) Sent a new C135 at me! So to Customer work!
Finally, the tip: do not order from Happy cell phone, because any complaints could be months ...!
